Auditions

2016-17 auditions begin in early July.

Auditions are held throughout the summer for the following season. There may be a possibility for joining during the mid-season if positions within the choir open.

The audition will consist of a single prepared piece demonstrating vocal range, color, size, intonation and musicianship. An accompanist will be provided. Additionally, a piece of music will be available during the audition season for singers to download and prepare before they come to the audition. Singers may be asked to sing with other members of the choir to determine their ability to balance in a choral setting.

Battle Born Chorale is open to singers with choral experience and good sight-reading and independant music learning skills.
